Story and Impact: This coffee is Organic and Fair Trade certified, decaffeinated using the water washing process. The Oaxacan growing region is filled with small family farms each consisting of just a few acres of land. More than 4,000 of these producers have consolidated their efforts into an umbrella cooperative called CEPCO, with the primary objectives of economic stability, social justice and community empowerment.
